It’s Alive!
Thursday, October 25th, 2007A big problem that I have with laptops today is that the battery usually dies out too fast. I have used laptops that can’t play a whole DVD without completely draining the battery. Even though it’s a lap top, if there’s not an electrical outlet around, then you might not get all the work done you want, or be able to continue with your movie or other tasks for very long.
This is one area that many computer companies fail in, but in which Lenovo has excelled. The battery life of a ThinkPad is generally considerably longer than that of a notebook from another company. Battery live in Lenovos depending on the model can last from 3 hours up to more than 7 hours!
I’m not sure why other companies aren’t trying to excel in efficiency as well. Since battery life is one of the most important factors for me in a notebook, I really like Lenovo.

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw it was, “Too bad the guy didn’t have one of the new Lenovo ThinkPads.” The new ThinkPad has a drainage system built in beneath the keyboard to protect it. It can handle spills up to 60cc.
